Se estiver referindo a Ferramentas->Opcoes->BrOffice.org->Aparencia só há um único tema lá, chamado "BrOffice.org". Estou usando a versão 2.2.1.

Quanto aos temas presentes no BrOO existem o Padrão, Crystal e Industrial. O Crystal é triste e o Industrial é sofrível. Portanto o melhor é o Padrão mesmo. Para alterar: Ferramentas -> Exibir -> Tamanho e estilo do ícone.
