This specification update was in the result of your detailed review, Daniel. In response to the review MCR has identified more than 30 issues, which he captured in the Github repo at https://github.com/thomas-fossati/draft-tls13-iot/issues Responses are captured in the respective issues. Daniel, please have a look and see whether you are satisfied with the response and the updated text in the draft.
