Per trovare un paragrafo vuoto si deve cercare ^$ (ossia il primo e
l'ultimo carattere sono lo stesso).
Non so come si fa a trovare due paragrafi vuoti di seguito.
sembra che non sia possibile, stando a quanto scritto qui:

string that crosses that boundaries between paragraphs, because it will
