Applied, thanks. Note, I'm going to cleanup error messages (err.h
stuff), so ignore this things for now.
BTW, What about use inotify subsystem for tailf? This method is
definitely more effective than sleep() & stat().
...but, the tailf is probably not well known command (yet?).
