Ah, who need to create linux swap on non-linux systems? Please, real
life examples, not any theoretic scenarios.
I really don't want to make util-linux full of "ifdef __linux__".
I think completely exclude linux specific utils for non-linux systems
makes more sense. I have no problem to add "if LINUX" to few
Makefiles.
Frankly, I'm glad to see your clean up patches, but for me a
portability to non-linux systems is side effect only. Our primary
goal is Linux.
