* drop the need for root on the target device when configuring the
wlan
* switch ssh handling in phablet-shell to dbus in preparation to not
require any root access under developer mode anymore
* add changes to phablet-config autopilot and writable-image functions
to work with the new adbd running as phablet (needs latest dbus-
property-service on the device)
