* debian/control: Switch maintainer to Debian GnuPG-Maintainers.
* debian/control: Move to new pkg-gnupg git repository.
* Run wrap-and-sort on debian directory. Thanks dkg for showing me this
tool.
* debian/gbp.conf: Add git-buildpackage config and turn on pristine-tar.
