I just noticed the following things happening to my system when I attach
to the internet - the following in part of my "messages" file.

Ecentral is my ISP, but I don't know who vger.kernel.org or
phantom.byu.edu. This just started in the last few days (at least that's
when I noticed it). I usually do a tail -f /var/log/messages to watch the
logon process, more from habbit than anything else.
Anyone know who these might be? Do I have a bug or are they something I
am doing.
