Thanks for being frank and honest with us. Maybe you could help us out by giving your perspective when we are drafting some of the brochures and web pages designed to help get people started on using such software as evolution, openoffice.org, etc., as well as telling us some of the main windows software that many people use, so we can do a *simple* 1:1 software transfer, eg. Outlook:Evolution, MS-Office:OpenOffice.org, Photoshop:The Gimp Winamp:XMMS and so forth. Also could be a listed step by step list of how to locate these softwares on KDE for Red Hat and Mandrake, since these are the ones that we have historically installed the most in the install-fests.
