I'll be doing a pretty big project (for me) in a
couple months in C, so my vote's there.  Also, I agree
with what someone said before that it should be
internationally-minded.  What's great about BYU is
that so many of us know many different languages.  I
have some experience with right-to-left character set
stuff.
Also, when the time is right, another option to
sourceforge is savannah.
