Other people's responses have been correct, but I wanted to point out that
there is no proprietary software in Advanced Server. Everything is
licensed under free software licenses (GPL, etc.). Any restrictions from
Red Hat are only on your ability to get support from Red Hat if you don't
pay for each Advanced Server copy on all the servers you're using it on at
the organization. Of course, talk to a Red Hat salesperson for an official
answer. :)
