first, i'm actually embarrassed that that message posted to the group. i intended it to only be delivered to sorenson. my mistake.

second, he did say... "I can probably only pay $8-$9 starting out." the terms "probably" and "starting out" lead me to believe that some forms of offers and consideration would be accepted.

third, i'm not just being greedy or arrogant. the job would have to pay enough to warrant spending time on... and that includes more than just the job. items such as travel expenses and time, scheduling flexibility, enjoyment, AND salary are all considered when pronouncing a value (personally... emotionally... monetarily) on an a job/occupation.
