Which is part of the reason I'm worried for it. Micrsoft submitted parts of .Net to a standards body, but has patents on critical parts. If they decide to throw around their weight, things could get unpleasent. I worry that they are waiting until everyone gets comfortable using .Net on Linux, kinda like the mp3 licensing. IANAL, I don't know how critical the patents are. > Before everyone goes, "just use php, MySQL, Apache..." I'm talking about > existing applications. Maybe you could do a Mono/C# presentation some time. -- Stuart Jansen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> #define FALSE 0 /* This is the naked Truth */ #define TRUE 1 /* and this is the Light */ -- mailto.c ____________________ BYU Unix Users Group http://uug.byu.edu/ ___________________________________________________________________ List Info: http://phantom.byu.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/uug-list
