First, the UUG will become a for profit organization. Mailing list fees will
start out at a low $10 per month per member. Who said tech support
is free? The list will be open and otherwise free except for the following
situations:
$3 - post a question
$6 - post a question with html tags
$9 - post a question with html tags and an Outlook header
$.50 - post a reply
$4 - post a bottom-up reply without deleting some text from previous messages
$7 - post a reply complaining about the person who didn't delete text from previous
messages
$10 - say postive things about Microsoft/SCO
$5 - forget to say a postive thing about Gentoo
$15 - forget to remind the group that I am the President and that I have the one ring
to rule them all
All collected fees will go to Sir Evan Nelson McNabb I, who will use these
funds to solve the problem of "who will pay for the CD's we hand out at the
installfests?". All other money will be used for the "Evan McNabb Fund For Starving
Students Named Evan McNabb".
