Well, them's are fightin' words!

After laughing for approximately 25 seconds, I now feel that I should write
an explaination/appology/Yosemite Sam quote.

It truely wasn't my intention to annoy the people on this list, though it
was interesting to discover how easily at least one of them can be annoyed.
My comment was meant to display frustration at the topic of a UUG name
change and large amount of emails associated to it. (Curses, I'm
contributing to the large amount!) I also was hoping to get a few people to
think to themselves, "Ya, I feel your pain. I have a ton of web-site-logins
too." I had read many posts voicing their opinions, I felt like I had the
right to voice mine as well. Sorry that I have annoyed the part of you who
were annoyed; sorry to annoy the rest of you with an annoying message
explaining so.

So, maybe it didn't come out right. Call me a failure, call me annoying,
tell me that I have no business contributing. Whatever it is any of you
want to call me, show respect for the list and send personal messages to the
person it was intended for; don't make the rest of them read your ugly
words.

Now, if anyone is still paying attention, and being that it is "free-for-all
name-suggestion" time, I propose we keep the UUG and just call ourselves the
Unix-ish Users Group. That's a nice blanketing name change that still
preserves the good ol' UUG.

Matt
PS SAVE THE HORSES! SAVE THE UUG!
