I installed the latest NVIDIA drivers today. I had gone to KDE because of the nautilus bug. I logged into GNOME just now and I notice no sluggishness at all with nautilus. Heck, I can have a transparent terminal and drag that puppy all over the screen without the huge spike in system load I used to see. Can someone else verify this?
