[uug] unsubscribing

Ok, not because I hate you all or anything, I actually love the list 
here and learn a lot from it, but for the moment it would be quite 
helpful for me to unsubscribe to it.  On the website there is tons of 
info on how to subscribe, but that's it.  How ddo I go about removing 
myself from the mailing list?
