You will need to go to the listinfo page [1]. In the bottom box on the page enter your email address and click the button that says "Unsubscribe or edit options." It will open a page that has three sections "Member options," "Unsubscribe," and "Password Reminder." Click the "Unsubscribe button." Wait a couple of minutes. Reply to the email that it sends you. If any of these steps fail to work you should notify the list admin [2].
