If you mean can you use the Netware box as the list of users and passwords then yes (I think, although I've never done it). Just set up mod_ldap in PAM. Here's a good set of articles[1] about the process. Also see the OpenLDAP guide[2] more more gory details. IIRC, Redhat has a nice little tool in 9 to switch between traditional /etc/passwd, LDAP, SMB, and kerberos. I think I found it in the System Configuration tools in Nautilus.
