Yo all, I am using gentoo and am trying to get apache2 and mod_php to work. I've done all of the obvious stuff such as run ebuild /var/db/ebuild /var/db/pkg/dev-php/mod_php-4.3.2-r2/mod_php-4.3.2-r2.ebuild config . I've also gone and changed /etc/conf.d/apache2 and added this line: APACHE2_OPTS="-D PHP$ -D SSL"
The problem I am having is that everytime I go to a script the browser asks me how I want to handle an application of the type x-httpd-php4.
