i have searched and searched the internet for a good upload utility.
there are a few out there in the various script archives, but they
either (1) don't work or (2) don't allow you to restrict file type and
size and stuff.
i would write one myself, but i don't have the time.
so, i am not looking for a link to a bunch of upload scripts... i am
looking for someone that has one or knows of one that they have used...
and can vouch that it is well written.
