It's a pity I didn't make it back in time for the UUG swap meet. I've got
an old 486 box with an old 15" monitor (no hard drive, but it's got
basically everything else it needs to run). I'm giving the poor thing a
last chance before it goes to the Big Dumpster in the Sky. If anybody
wants it, please email me and let me know.

On the other side of swappishness, I'm looking for an old PCMCIA ethernet
card. Basically, I've got an old 486 laptop (no CD, no USB) that I'd like
to install Linux on if at all possible, and hopefully I can hook a PCMCIA
card and do a network install? Does anyone think this is possible? Anyway,
if anyone has one for cheap or free I'd be much obliged. (Or if anyone is
buying something from "justdeals.com", they've got one there for $4.95.
Only problem is that shipping is now $12.90 for the first item, which
basically triples the cost of it. If somebody else is already buying
something from there, however, I could pay the $3.95 for the "additional
item" shipping.)

Sheesh, I think there must be some limit on how many emails one person is
allowed to send to the UUG list in one day. Oh well.

Thanks,
  Ross
