On Spanish Fork City's cable ISP service, I can get 512k up and 1.5m down
during off-peak hours. The main difference between cable and DSL, that I
care about, is the ability to run a server (legally :-) which I can't do
with my connection. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it except during high
usage hours when speed has dropped as low as 128k/256k. Oh well.
