Mabe Linus should have named his epic brain progeny Linsoft, and then the SCO guys wouldn't have gotten confused and thought it was theirs, well but now there is the possible Microsoft confusion. Darn. But, really I shudder when I think all of this posture garbage can be seriously idemnified by a witless or cowardly court in SL. Hundreds of thousands of hours of voluntary software-making could then be made to stagnate under the end all SCO Empire Liscence. It smacks vaguely of Ayn Rand. But there is always another Skywalker.
