I'm setting up my desktop to dual boot windows and Linux and I wont to have a common partition for storing one set of data. I'm using RedHat 9 with kernel 2.4.20-8 and when I try to mount the partition in terminal, I get a message saying that the kernel doesn't support ntfs. "man mount" indicates that ntfs can be mounted. Is there a way to easily work around this? Or is there a recommended kernel I should swithc to? How can I do this mount? thank you. thane
