Looks like there are several commercial programs and routers that exist to do this but I didn't have much luck finding free ones. Only resource I found is this: http://www.ssi.bg/~ja/dgd-usage.txt I didn't get a chance to look through it enough to see if it has much/anything on aggregation but it appears to have some info on setting up multiple connections as failover for redundancy.
