No, I really can't admit that. Ever tried to edit registry settings from
the windows command-line? Or policies? Or even ACLs (yeah, you can do
it, but...)?

The windows console is steadily growing in usefulness (there's even a
kill command now, and a shutdown) but it's nowhere near as powerful as
the teletubbies interface.
