I think they're all about the same these days.  Anything with a screen
bigger than 15" is big and clunky (Have you seen those Toshiba and HP
17" monstrosities?), with about average battery life.  Probably play on
spending between 1500 and 2000.  FYI, all the laptops in the world are
made by the same 4 companies in Taiwan, so as long as the warranty has
good terms, don't hesitate too much to buy a generic laptop.
