Ya, vonage offers $15/mo for 500 anywhere minutes. You'd have to talk a very very long while before you used enough minutes of overtime to work your way up to the next charge level ($25). I've never used more than 500 minutes -don't like talking on the phone much; I average around 180 min per month. Total setup came to $67 last year, may be different now. I have had great service from vonage over the past year. Very little to no problems -I've never needed to call their tech support.
