I agree.  Both Ad-Aware and SpyBot are very good.  The only thing you 
might want to watch out for is the occasional instance in which an 
anti-virus program will identify SpyBot itself as a virus.  I'm not sure 
why, but I've had it happen here at work.  Go figure.
