Sorry for posting this to both BYUMUG and UUG but it applies to both.

For those interested in running Mac-on-Linux on Mac, someone's got an
alpha of Mac-on-Mac ready for trial. It currently only supports OS9,
and networking and sound aren't working yet. You'll need an OS 9
install CD. The person who's working on the port used OS 9.1, but 9.2
should work as well. Linux has been reported to have installed several
times as well, but an easy to use .app hasn't been writen yet.

You'll need X11.app installed as well. You can get it here:

If you test it, please report your sucsess or failure (along with your
hardware and what OS 9 you tried to install) to [EMAIL PROTECTED] so
he can fix any problems.

For those of you who haven't heard of Mac-on-Linux - it's a program
that lets you run a windowed boot of annother PowerPC operating
system. If you run linux, you can have a window with OSX in it, a
window with OS 9, OS 8 and annother Linux all at the same time.
