Wow, a response from an actual OIT decision maker. I would have expected
a less coherent semi-response from someone with less authority.

I didn't know this was official OIT policy, but having seen what file
sharing does to BYU's network, I can't say I disagree with the policy.
There's just too many students abusing the network.
