I think we may need to get OIT to look into this especially with the new network that will be deployed and the restrictions they are imposing. I don't know if we are going to get it solved unless we can find out why the servers are not sending the data after the certificate and keys have been exchange. When looking at the packets, everything happens except for the actual data transfer. I am comparing this to a ssl communication with a web server which looks almost exactly the same as far as negotiating certificates and keys. Oh, vey!
