I still side with the warning also. We know we've agreed to the Honor Code, we know what people write in an email is deliberate and not a slip of the tongue, but we have to remember that we are human and will always make mistakes; Mike's was poor judgment. Usually all it takes is a deliberate email saying, "You've gone too far, be careful." I suppose I usually err on the side of mercy than justice; especially when justice is a heavy axe poised to cut you off from a group of friends; especially considering Mike's minor offense. But of course, listen to your elders, they have the ultimate say.
