Someone should just call OIT and have them reboot the internet. ;)

PS.  If the proxy has connection issues, OIT goes into super-hyper-active
mode to fix it.  If it were having problems, you would see it on the
messages at http://it.byu.edu and it would probably appear under a heading
of "campus network slowdown" or something of the like.
