Wow, I've never signed or affimed anything like that on a clickthrough
of the GPL.  Nothing in the GPL prevents you from redistributing the
software for money, provided that you give the person receiving the 
software the same rights you have under the GPL.  The only limitation on
cost in the GPL relates to the price you can charge for source code.

Here's some relevant text from the GPL:

"For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether gratis
or for a fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that you have.
You must make sure that they, too, receive or can get the source code.
And you must show them these terms so they know their rights."

"You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program's source

and appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate copyright notice
