Are you connecting to BYU's vpn concentrators, or is it one that is specific
for the MTC?  (I assume it is.  Yours has a different "welcome" message than
BYU's).  Next, what is the output of "route" once you are connected?  Next,
have you tried starting nslookup and then issuing the command "server
128.187.22.200" at the prompt and then trying to resolve some hosts?
