I have a printer that has a parallel port so i can't plug it straight
to my mac mini.
I hav it plugged into a linux machine 9running knoppix.. a debian
variant) I can print from the linux machine.
I have no Idea if cups is set up right.
The mac can see the printer just by opening the app printer pane (in
the default browser) so i added it,
but when I try to print I get:
the progress bar comes up says preparing, then a pane that says error
while printing.
I suspect my problem is in the cups setup.
