i don't know how clever it is, but i've been using prefixes for the
last couple of years: super, uber, mega, ultra, micro, omni... some of
'em had to do with function, some with size, some with specs. "uber"
was my first ubuntu box. "un" was a P1 that i resurrected which was
un-cool, un-fast, un-spectacular in just about every way.

the only exceptions recently have been a laptop named crap (it was)
and my router named pong (buzz set it up, and he really likes to type
"ping pong").
