I wouldn't be shocked if you could get Serviceguard working on Debian, but I imagine it'd be a pain. However, I'd be pretty confident you could get it going in SuSE, White Box or CentOS, since it's built for SLES and RHEL. Actually, probably just drop it in with CentOS or White Box without a hitch since they go for that "binary compatibility" thing. Can't say I've tried with either of those.
