How about a more project or demonstration oriented 'Fest'?  Something like,
"Bring your Linux box and we'll help you setup a website, or a file server,
or a music server or something"

Demonstrate some of the benefits of running Linux.  The many things you can
do e.g. Raspberry Pi or Android.
