Hi, I have made use of this offer for several years in teaching GIS courses at WSU. The only downside I run into is that since the students have a copy of the software they sometimes think they don't need to attend class. However, the benefits of this program outweigh this.

Are there any instructors out there who have tried out this promo? Any words to the wise? At UW Bothell we have a lot of part-time and commuter students for whom working in the computer lab on campus is not a convenient option. This may be a good solution for them.
