Hi! I'm having a problem where polygons that should theoretically overlap, and which display as overlapping in arcmap, are behaving as if they did not overlap in tools--using erase will produce the original polygon, using clip will produce an empty feature, etc. The two files are in the same projection (NAD_1983_UTM_Zone_11N), so it seems unlikely it's a projection issue.
