Has the issue resolved?  If not, please give me your current subnet and I'll 
check with our current fire-wall settings.  Sorry for the delays, I was on 
vacation until today

We've recently moved into our new building and have had the misfortune to have 
lost connectivity with the License manager.  I suspect it's because we are on a 
new subnet in the new building.

Do you know if you'll need our subnet info or our gateway information to get 
things set up?  AND is there a better place to send this email?
