Introduction to ESRI StoryMaps Workshop
Story mapping has become a valuable resource for students, teachers, and
researchers. Multi-media - images, video, maps, text, and animations - allows
you to engagingly present your research, give a lecture, or provide a virtual
tour through space and time. Learn how to capture the potential of ESRI
StoryMaps to illustrate your ideas.
We cordially invite UW students, faculty, and staff interested in learning more
about StoryMaps to attend this introductory workshop. We will guide you through
basic ESRI StoryMap presentation styles, discuss which are best for various
data/information, and walk through the steps of creating a StoryMap. By the end
of the workshop, you should feel comfortable making your own StoryMap.
