Glenn, the problem is NOT a technical issue which is solvable by throwing more code over the fence. Or fix the gcc build issue. The problem is that you lack essential infrastructure (i.e. Trac|Bugzilla, svn|git, ...; required to help the community organize itself) and this doesn't help building a community. I can understand the problem, but I can't help with the solution, which is to find someone inhouse or externally with the skill to build a community and teach you how to deal with it. You're trying to fix this the technical way, however this is not something within the scope or reach which can be fixed with more technology. People don't work that way.
