Bear, Most of the commands released with uwin have a '-man' option to display the man pages. I believe part of it was to eliminate the need for groff packaging on UWIN. Perl is not part of the UWIN base package, but is a separate package. Assuming you installed the perl package, its directory is not in the default path, but in /usr/local/bin.
