My uwin application, coded for 64 bit has been experiencing a peculiar problem. I wonder whether it is win7 related or uwin related. I place a shortcut on the desktop to the uwin login and it works perfectly until I rename the shortcut; then two carriage returns in the uwin window exit the program. Pretty frustrating. Additionally, the executable in the uwin/usr/bin also dies after two carriage returns. Uwin is essentially dead as a result of renaming or changing the properties of the uwin shortcut. I can restore uwin sanity to the uwin /usr/bin installation by restarting the PC. After restore, the shortcut is still defective, and executing it again renders the /usr/bin login bad again.

Is this a problem with win7 or a problem with uwin? Can it be fixed??
