Back at Bell Labs, runninb UNIX, I occasionally had to kill jobs in process,
using KILL. Now, I am somewhat confused as to what the proper syntax is, and I
am stuck with the following two jobs, hello, and hell (no swearing, just a
modified 'hello;). Can an expert provide me with the proper KILL syntax for
killing these jobs. I do remember that the number 9 may have been used, as it
appears to be a 'KILL' instruct.
Thanks.
