It looks pretty obviously: uwsgi.log: "...60 011 msecs (HTTP/1.1 403)..." nginx.log: "... upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream ..." 60 seconds is a bit much for a response. Perhaps your database is not sufficiently efficient.
